With a professional journey starting in 1983, CA Jaganatha Kamath is the firm's lead expert for institutional and banking services. He has 16 years of experience in Nationalized Banks—including serving as a Branch Manager and a Credit Specialist at the Central Office He had four-year stint as AGM (Finance) of a Public Limited Company engaged in exporting marine products. For the last several years, he has led high-stakes audits, including statutory & Concurrent audit of bank branches, stock and Forex audits and compliance audit of various Companies and Charitable trusts.

P. Santharam Shenoy, BCOM,FCA,LLB,DISA

Having qualified in the year 1992, CA Santharam Shenoy is leading the Indirect tax compliances wing of the firm. An alumnus of the prestigious Government Law College, Ernakulam, his legal background provides a distinct advantage in tax litigation and statutory interpretations.

Before entering practice, he was working with the finance department of a leading established hospital in Kochi. He also holds Diploma in Informations Systems Audit (DISA) from Institiute of Chartered Accountants of India.

Sivangi V Pai, BCom, ACA

After completing Graduation in Commerce from Sacred Heart College in Kochi, CA Sivangi V Pai qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 2019. Before joining Nayar and Menon, she worked with one of leading multinational consulting firm. During her tenure there, she specialized in Indirect Taxation, handling complex compliance and advisory for high-profile clients.

She has completed Certificate course on concurrent audit and Certificate course on GST conducted by ICAI for its members. Her area of Interest is GST Advisory and statutory audits of Companies.
